A note about travel Insurance coverage: I strongly recommend all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including medical, trip cancellation, trip interruption and trip delays within 7 days after making their deposit payment. Coverage of pre-existing conditions is often only available when purchased within specific time frames from the first payment toward the trip. This may be 7 days, 14 days, or any other number of days depending on your insurance provider. Similarly, I strongly recommend purchasing "cancel for any reason" coverage if it is available in your location. Such coverage also needs to be purchased within a few days after making your first payment. Do not hesitate to email me with questions and consult your insurance provider for exact policies and coverage options.
